Leadership
Elders (Pastors)
Greg
Lead Pastor/Elder
Pastor Greg and his wife Chenille are natives of Springfield. They met each other at Parkview High School, started dating soon after, and in 2004 they were married. Through all of this, Greg was also growing and learning what it was to pursue the calling he felt. In 2005, Greg started seminary. And eventually, after seminary, residences, and trainings Greg founded Redeemer Church in 2012. He serves in the Lead Pastor role which oversees the vision, mission, preaching, and leadership of the church. He’s also father to four children: Ethan, Gabriela, Malachi, and Olivia.
Pastor Greg and his family love calling Springfield home, and find it a great honor to be a part of such a wonderful church that desires both the city and the nations to know the saving grace of Jesus.
Tony
Discipleship Pastor/ElderTony and his wife Valerie joined Redeemer in 2015. They both shared a desire for seeing people grow in their understanding and knowledge of scripture, and a few years later they became involved in leading the men’s and women’s bible studies. Then, in 2021, Tony stepped into the role of Discipleship Pastor and was installed as an elder. And while vocational ministry is quite a career change from running a software company, Tony knows the Lord will continue using his experience for the glory of the Kingdom. Tony loves the people of Redeemer and ultimately seeks to help them pursue the word, have discipline in prayer, and live in community.
His wife and children are true treasures. He loves seeing the smiles on the faces of his children (Lucy, Calla, Seeley, and Rose), and hearing his wife laugh.
Brandon
Pastor/ElderPastor Brandon became a follower of Christ in college, in large part due to the persistent witness of some football teammates. Through various opportunities in discipleship and ministry, Brandon followed God's call to attend seminary where he met and married his wife, Jennifer. Shortly after, they joined the planting core that would move to Springfield to start Redeemer. In 2015, Redeemer sent out the Stikos with a team to Denver, Colorado to help plant another church through the North American Mission Board, Calvary Familia, where he served as the Pastor of Spiritual Development and Care until moving back home in 2020. Brandon, Jennifer, and their four children, Amoriyah, Noelle, Sarallah, and Augustine, love their Redeemer Church family and are excited to continue being a part of all God has done and is doing in Springfield.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys collecting post-secondary degrees that have little to no bearing on his ever-changing vocation. Any other time afforded, he prefers to spend reading, writing, the arts, and enjoying the idea of the outdoors that he once spent a great deal of time in.

Abigail
Director of Kid's MinistryAbigail Langford has been Director of Kid's Ministry at Redeemer since December 2020. Her passion for kid's ministry started at the church she grew up in, where she was able to start up a Sunday class for kids ages 0-6. Seeing the Word of God grow and work in the youngest members inspired her to join and serve in the nursery at Boulevard Baptist Church until she joined Redeemer after marrying her husband, Drew Langford, in December of 2018.
When she is not working at the church, she enjoys being a wife, a stay-at-home Mom to their two-year-old, baking, and taking walks with her family and two dogs Strider and Nora.
